Lessons with Casey!

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Casey is fully equipped to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced violin students. She has taught 4 year olds all the way up to 65 year olds and is equipped to guide you or your child towards their musical goals. Her first violin teacher was her mom who guided her playing development for 9 years. Even more than that, she modeled the art of teaching for Casey while supporting her along the way. Casey believes in developing the student as a whole, which means that she focuses on technique and musicality alike. She also sees teaching as a vehicle to impact the lives of her students through personal relationships and having fun while working hard.

When you reach out, please include you or your child’s name, current school status, and past musical experience (if any).

  • Lessons are typically held at my home in Morton, IL. However, I am willing to discuss traveling to you for an additional charge.

  • If you do not already have a violin, please wait until we have connected to acquire one. I will need to help you determine what size of violin would be best. I also have suggestions for places where you can get the best product for the best price. There are rent to own options that include a myriad of advantages.

  • I am Suzuki trained through Book 1. I use a combination of teaching styles and methods to create a style unique to each student.
